5. 7 Layer Tea
If you though that the country do not have anything special in the desserts or beverages section, then read on. Have you heard of anything like 7 layer tea? I guess you have not. In order to taste this unique concoction you need to come to Srimongal. Though the recipe is a deeply guarded secret, it is known that three varieties of black tea and one variety of green tea are mixed in it. Then spices like cinnamon and cloves, condensed milk, lemon and asafetida are added to make this unique 7 layer tea. There is a huge variety and uniqueness in food in Bangladesh and for this reason alone one should visit this wonderful country.
The variety in Bangladeshi cuisine is simply enormous and is very difficult to taste each and everything.
